Shipping and Returns

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders of $100 or more. A flat shipping charge of $9.00 will be added to orders under $100.

Free shipping and $9.00 shipping is defined as shipping via USPS Priority Mail. No other shipping methods are included in this offer.

Standard Shipping Times

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date; usually the next business day for in-stock items. If an order is going to take longer than 5 business days to process and send, you will be notified.

Domestic Orders

We ship within the United States and its territories with USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail, depending on shipment weight. Large orders may be shipped with UPS ground.

Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, Hawaii, and Alaska will only be shipped via USPS Mail.

International Orders

We are not able to ship orders internationally at this time.

Clinic Pickup

If you would prefer to pick up your order at our clinic, please contact us at (303) 832-5279 to arrange a pick-up time and confirm the availability of your order. Please note that we are an acupuncture clinic not a store front, so we may not be able to accommodate unscheduled walk-ins.

Back-Ordered Items

Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If replenishment of a back-ordered item takes longer than 5 business days, we will process the available items and ship a partial order. The back-ordered item will be shipped to you as it becomes available without further shipping charges.

Order Cancellation and Returns Policy

Customers wishing to cancel orders must do so in writing (e-mail is OK) before the shipment is sent. Orders cancelled after shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight charges.

Returns: No returns are available for opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We use trackable shipping. All U.S. orders sent via USPS Priority Mail are sent with delivery confirmation. You will receive the tracking number with your delivery confirmation e-mail. Orders can also be tracked by logging in to your free account and going to 'Order History'.

If your order is damaged due to insufficient packaging, please send it back and we will gladly replace it with the same items.

Our online shopping cart offers superb order tracking and progress notification. It is essential you provide an accurate e-mail address with your order. Please take advantage of our free account program, which will allow you online order tracking, printable invoices, product notifications, and more. If you place an order, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your card has been billed and your order has been sent.
